What is it?
Yoga is the union of the individual consciousness with the
infinite consciousness. - the technology of awareness. The
purpose of yoga is a healthy mind, body and spirit. The
benefits are a happy, healthy and holy life. It is the ancient
science and practice of combining Asana (stretching),
Pranayama (breathing ), relaxation, concentration and positive
thinking. Body Language studio offers both Hatha and
Kundalini yoga in group or private setting. Classes will
be open to challenge the advanced practitioner as well as the
Hatha Yoga - a combination of specific postures
designed to develop every aspect of the individual -
physical , emotional, intellectual and spiritual. It
is a scientific system which integrates the various
branches of yoga in order to bring about a complete and
harmonious development of the individual.
Kundalini Yoga - The integration of breath, movement,
postures, mantra and meditation which opens pathways to
our infinite creative energy, bringing balance to body,
mind and soul; builds inner and outer strength and self
awareness; balances the glandular system, strengthens the
nervous system, purifies the bloodstream, expands lung
capacity and increases vitality.
